Mohit Patel designs and executes learning experiences for teachers and students. His approach to education theory and praxis is presently based in understanding the phenomenology, sociology and technology of education. Mohit has a master’s degree from the University of Cambridge. He completed his second master’s degree at Harvard University, focusing on education and technology.

An educator and social entrepreneur, Mette Bohnstedt is passionate about exploring and designing effective learning opportunities that prepare students for both personal and professional success. She currently works as a senior trainer with Escalino, a social entrepreneurship education initiative for youth. She is a core team member on the design and implementation of the new Northstar PreK-12 international school. Mette is the co-founder and former CEO of Arukay, a South America-based education startup and she is a founding board member of the Danish school EPOS. Mette’s previous work experience includes research with Harvard University’s online course platform HarvardX and consultancy for the Danish Institute for Human Rights. Mette holds a BSc in Business and Culture from Copenhagen Business School and an MA in Education and Technology from Harvard University. She is currently pursuing an MS in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University.

Tina Grotzer is a principal research scientist, a member of the faculty of education, and a senior researcher at Project Zero. She is an expert in the learning sciences and cognitive sciences. She has been working in grounded, informal and formal contexts for applying cognitive science findings for three decades. She teaches courses in sustainability, complexity, and climate change as well as cognition and learning, and its applications to learner behaviors, pedagogy, instruction and school design.

Her awards include a Career Award from the National Science Foundation (NSF), a Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers (PECASE) from the U.S. Government for her research on learning to understand the complex causal dynamics of environmental sustainability, and the Morningstar Teaching Award from Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Vishwa Patel has more than a decade of experience in educational administration. As one of the founding members of The Northstar School, she has led the development of all programs at the school from conception to implementation and evaluation. Her educational qualifications include a degree in management as well as another bachelor's degree in education. Along with her administrative work, she specialises in ethical dimensions of upbringing and development in kids as well as adults. She has attended courses by Richard Weissbourd and Paul Harris at Harvard University.
